1. Service & operator
CRX ("Capital Return X") is operated by CRX Partners, a partnership firm registered in India (contact: support@crx.live). CRX provides software that scans markets, scores setups, and can place cryptocurrency futures or forex & metals orders on your exchange or broker account via API. CRX does not hold your funds. All fills, balances, and liquidation risk remain with your exchange or broker (e.g. OKX, Binance, Bybit, OANDA). CRX Partners is a software vendor — not a broker, fund, exchange, or investment adviser.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to trade derivatives in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with your exchange's terms and local law.
3. Accounts
Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including API keys you connect and risk settings you choose (leverage, margin, max positions).
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew on the cycle you select (for example weekly or monthly) until you cancel. Cancel anytime from billing / account settings; access typically continues until the end of the paid period unless stated otherwise at checkout.
5. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. In short: you may request a full refund of your first payment within 7 days of that payment; renewal payments are non-refundable, and you can cancel anytime to stop future renewals. Approved refunds are processed within 2 working days to your original payment method.
6. Trading risks
Leveraged trading in crypto futures and forex & metals involves substantial risk of loss, including loss of your entire margin. Automated strategies can lose money quickly. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You use CRX at your own risk and should only trade capital you can afford to lose. See the full Risk Disclosure.
7. API keys & permissions
You must create trade-only API keys. Enable trading / order permissions as required by your exchange. Never enable withdrawal. CRX rejects withdrawal-capable keys. One exchange connection per account.
8. Live trading consent
Live (real-money) trading may require an explicit opt-in in Settings. Until you consent and platform live flags allow it, the engine will not place live orders for your tenant.
9. Acceptable use
Do not reverse-engineer the service, attempt unauthorized access, abuse the API, or use CRX to violate exchange rules or applicable law.
10. Limitation of liability
CRX is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRX is not liable for trading losses, slippage, exchange outages, incorrect configuration, or indirect damages.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material updates will show a new "Last updated" date.
